  1. Made To Order (MTO)
    All products are made to order. That means that there may not be available quantities on hand, and the product will have to be made. Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be made and shipped.
  2. Shipping Carriers
    We only use trusted shipping carriers to ensure that you receive your item in a timely manner. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. As we strive to ship every order promptly, delays can occur that our beyond our control such as inclement weather, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes. In case of such circumstances, we appreciate your patience. Also, please be sure to verify that the shipping address is correct. We will not be responsible for packages that are lost or delivered to the wrong address.
